Royal de Kuyper Distillers has been a family business since 1695. Because of this, De Kuyper is the 6th oldest family business in the Netherlands. For their 300th anniversary, they were awarded with the Royal predicate.

FROM LIMBURG TO SCHIEDAM
The history from De Kuyper dates back to 1695 when Petrus de Kuyper and Anna Custers started a cooperage in Limburg. In 1910 the organisation moved to Schiedam because business operations were hindered by the construction of the Westzeedijk which made a direct connection with the river Maas impossible.
BIGGEST LIQUOURPRODUCER IN THE WORLD
Today, de Kuyper produces over 70 different liquours in its distillery in Schiedam. It is exported in over 100 countries. With the introduction of Peachtree in 1984, De Kuyper became leading in the liquour market of the United States of America. Peachtree is now available in over 100 countries and is still the world’s most popular peach liquour.
